I do enjoy pointing out his tantrum about having to respect California's COVID measures.
A lot of people point out his Asperger as a reason to excuse his behaviour. Which pisses me off because I am on the spectrum as well and I'm definitely not allowed to be an asshole because of it. (Not that I would want to, but it's such a cheap excuse)
Asperger was a Nazi
@fssofdeath @GeoffWozniak i find it telling what unreflected assholes and their followers call themselves Aspies. like, look at the fuckin Wikipedia:
The syndrome is named after the Austrian pediatrician Hans Asperger, who, in 1944, described children in his care who struggled to form friendships, did not understand others' gestures or feelings, engaged in one-sided conversations about their favorite interests, and were clumsy. The modern conception of Asperger syndrome came into existence in 1981 and went through a period of popularization. It became a standardized diagnosis in the early 1990s. Many questions and controversies about the condition remain.
was it perhaps controversial, cuz he was a Nazi?
cuz he sorted Autistic children into worth living and... not worth the effort?
so, why do these people not just say I'm autistic? or on the spectrum?
the category Asperger's, since 1944, creates a hierarchy: able to produce for capitalism (with hardly any help)
