If we have to improve the UI for messages, what would you expect?

When I am in a thread, I get all toots two times. That annoys me.

I've had this issue when scrolling up (corresponding to a refresh) when a toot is loading (when tapping on one).

That was some versions ago, it doesn't seem as easy to reproduce in this one.

I did manage to trigger it again with this version, I'll try to record it at some point (it needs to be a message that needs some time to be fetched, so ones that are already in cache don't work).
