The Drake Cutter is my new favourite small-sized ship. It's like the big Jeep Wrangler of space. :D
It's super interesting inside and out, and is a feast on the senses with all the moving switches, buttons, sounds and other fun role-play elements like a bathroom, bed, reading light, storage, closet and cargo bay.
And best of all? It can carry a Nox! The funnest bucking hover-horse in the game XD.

@ellabellafull Would be great to ferry a team. But does it have seats?
@ellabellafull I'm just about to rent one, I can't wait to take it out for a spin!
@joe Don't expect great speeds in atmosphere, but I think you'll love the huge QT tank!
Speaking of speed, if you end up buying the ship, I recommend the Wei-Tek VK-00 QT module upgrade from Arc-L1. It will make ya jump faaaaaaast. ArcCorp to Microtech in about 6 min. 🔥🏹
@ellabellafull i bought it too! Usually i fly the Herald but now she will have to share the time 🚀
@GalacticTactic I love the Herald! I can't wait for the data running game loop to make its way into the game.🥰
My heart belongs to the Freelancer Max though. Gives me all the Firefly Serenity vibes. 🌌
@ellabellafull Oh yeh the Freelancer Max does rock the Serenity look. Just a bit small, a version with mulitcrew quarters instead of bunk beds would be awesome!
@GalacticTactic mmhmm! It's showing its age in terms of interior design.
@ellabellafull Maybe they rework it one day. If not, they always need more ships to sell 😄
@GalacticTactic I’d be ok with smaller changes like: if they made the lavatory smarter, and allow for actual drinks dispensing from that section near the door. I don’t mind roleplaying the Max as a work-ship more than a home.
I also hope they update the system modules compartments in the cargo area so they can be opened and worked with for when that’s game loop is introduced.
@ellabellafull jupp i have it and use it for my second Herald
@ellabellafull fair enough the cutter wouldn't be my go to starter vehicle I'm more of a space pickup pilot. Hence my love of the Nomad
