Learned how to install #Arch #Linux today. Huzzah! I added some nice icing after like a desktop environment (gnome), disabled root login, added sudo and edited sudoers, tweaked user groups, common GUI desktop apps etc.

It was in a virtual machine, so I'm considering this an "easy mode" success, but I think I'm comfortable enough to try it on hardware next time. I have a #ThinkPenguin wifi USB device I could try to work with instead of ethernet too.
