@ostrich you do realise you have no obligation to respond too what you care not about?, If you are trying to suggest that their exist no reason to care; may I suggest you make your self clear on why you think the presidents statement on an ongoing geopolitical event is irrelevant?

@ekg The statement is relevant and should be reported on for substance. Reporting on his speech impediment as if it's news is degenerate fake journalism.

@ostrich it's common to quote literally. Transcribing the intended meaning is sometimes practice but is generally consider harmful, because it is easy to accidentally infer ones own biases.

@ekg One can directly quote without making the subject of the report that the president misspoke, particularly because he has a stutter it comes off extremely insensitive and tabloid-like.
