New week of #running (monday a day off) started w/ 11x 3 min just under #threshold w/ 1 min walk/jog. Ran from work to home, in all 11.8 km Inc. WU & cool down.
This week will have 3 lots of threshold training, following the ideas of the book I posted a few days ago.
