Fake news, and I can tell why.

Because if I was the boss I would fire anybody if they were making light of people who've died in police action. Being in law enforcement and making those types of jokes may lead officers to believe people dying ain't important. If it did ever come out police were sharing these jokes it would inspire people to start taking shots at cops because they'd feel justified to.

I don't think this is an unreasonable opinion.

However this is why it's fake. Person sharing the complaint knows who was sharing it, so what is there to investigate if you know who they are? They were rather quick to announce this was happening but don't even say they have evidence for it. This news is reporting a problem they don't even know exists but they are aware it will make the police look bad, causing unrest.

So, fake news until there's evidence. Never believe this "sources say" bullshit until they show proof.
