We produce milk to manufacture pretense for giving farmers money, so they will vote for the preferred party.

@elysia vitlök?, in Swedish "lök" is the name of a botanical family. Including all sorts of plants, including everything from tulips to scallions. And yes also onions, which is somtimes referred to as "lök" on its own.

@Sobex @sima @Nulhomme @gfxstrand I know that the kernel under some circumstances will map and unmap pages on context boundaries. Obviously when switching between user space threads, but also when using kernel space isolation. Which was proposed for dealing with Meltdown and similar.
