@SeaFury that's nice, I think Swedish law say that they have to pay after six hours. Which is never going to happen. The longest power outage I have experience was minutes. And as power is declared a human right they can also ignore planing laws when restoring power. That is meant for disasters and war, but they would happily use it to protect their profits.

@SeaFury oh. The region pay for the ambulance, not the patient. Which is why I find it weird, they have literally no reason not to send the bill to electricity company if the region believed they where at fault.

Electricity companies still don't have strict liability in Sweden, but it trends in that direction. I would like to think they would do everything in their power to show they are acting in goodwill.

@SeaFury I know that unplanned electricity work does need to happen sometimes, but it always so weird to me. Where I live we have many on machines that live at home, every time you cut power they call the emergency number. Sending out an ambulance is very expensive, something the region* would gladly make the electricity company pay.

*I guess they would be called County in the US system.

@Bronwyn @APBBlue I spoke with the staff and it didn't happened again, but still. I am also terrified to think what he would have thought he had a right to if I was presenting fem.

@Bronwyn @APBBlue my worst encounter so far was a man that thought it appropriate to lift my curtain and look Into my apartment, it was 30 degrees outside it wasn't an option to close the door. I had to tell him to fuck off twice.

My only conclusion is that he must have thought it appropriate because we had met once before in the *staffed* communal living room.

@APBBlue @Bronwyn you say that, but I have met my share of asshole that doesn't leave me alone. Usually, because I present as a guy, I can make them leave with body language.

Am I wrong in my conclusion that anarchy mostly boils downs to ableism? The argument seems to be that organised society shouldn't exist because I don't need help with daily life.

Maybe with a sling of people have always taken care of people with disabilities. Completely ignoring that a disability a thousand year ago was a broken leg, or a funny nose. Today we have people that can't breath without machines. Without functioning immune systems. Dependent on medications with short shelf life

@RamenCatholic you can train dogs to retrieve anything from ducks to medicine. So you might not be able too breed one, but it should be possible to train one. If you are happy with a bit of dog breath on your cupcake.

I am clearly stating my view of the conversation as an answer to what I belive was a partisan summary.

If that is harassment I would struggle to function on this forum. Luckily the subject has muted me will not have to deal with my perspective.

@PandaCab no, I don't. If that is the case I apologies. It just that it seemed directed towards me. And I thought this was an appropriate time to summarise my thoughts on our previous conversation. which might also have been rude, I am bad at judging when it is appropriate to speak out. But it's hard to stay quiet when someone literally call the reason I am alive and well for violent.

Just as with guns, swimming pools and cars. States doesn't kill people, they allow people to kill. That is why I am for regulations on cars and guns.

States shouldn't be built in a way that makes killing easy, quiet the opposite they should be built to make killing impossible.

A driver is a murder, a gunslinger is a murder. A leader shouldn't be.

Swimming pools are more complicated.
