At least 70% of things I read about people doing with "AI" assistants like "Open Claw" are basically things people have been doing with deterministic, secure tools like Home Assistant for years.

Several European countries are considering social media bans for children. We must regulate platforms, not children. We must shift the burden of safety from the children to the corporations that profit from the environment.

I urge caution:

Sex ed is a great analogy. This isn't something we can stop kids from doing, so we need to teach them how to be safe and responsible *before* they find themselves in situations they're unprepared to deal with.

I propose replacing calories with watt-hours.

- Almost same value (1 kilocalorie / Calorie is ~1.1 watt-hours)
- more intuitive for people who use electricity
- never the confusing between calories (science), Calories (food, which is technically kilocalories), kilocalories, and 'kilo Calories' (which is technically megacalories)
- you get to feel more like a robot with your 2.5kwh power consumption a day which may feel like validation to some creatures on this fediverse
- become powered by cake

Auf die üblichen Entgegnungen passte mein Argument: "Es besteht hier Rechtsunsicherheit. An Schulen, in Talkshows, an der Wahlurne. Das kann so nicht bleiben und muss vor der nächsten Wahl behoben sein. Beweisen Sie, dass der Rechtsstaat funktioniert und stellen Sie den Prüfantrag."

Ja. Rechtsunsicherheit ist ein Wort, das CDUler verstehen. Das fanden sie regelrecht plausibel.

Aber es könne ja sein, dass das Gericht dann entscheidet, dass....
