Mit dem gesetzlich verankerten Anspruch auf Teilzeit kommt der Staat der Norm von Artikel 2 nach.

Nach intensiven Gesprächen verstehe ich jetzt die "besorgten Bürger". Sie sind nicht dumm sondern wählen absichtlich gegen ihre Interessen.
